Adam Lasnik Interview Touts Webmaster Help Group

In an interview I did recently with Adam Lasnik, he referred to Google's Webmaster Help Group several times. Am curious how much others use that resource compared to webmaster/SEO forums like this one?

Of course I'm biased since I did the interview with him, but I thought he had some interesting things to say about work at the 'plex, Google Base and SEO certification.
