IS Wik related TO SEO?

Please guide me that making a WIKI is a type of SEO activity.

wikis let you build content
Welcome to the forums, Carly

Wikis relate to SEO in that a wiki makes it easy for users to post new content. 1) More content, 2) more original content, and 3) new content posted frequently are all positives for SEO.

Plus, wiki software usually has all the basics nailed: lots of crosslinking, static URLs, etc.
