SEO position with established experts - Worthing, UK

We have an upcoming vacancy for another SEO to join the team at Fresh Egg Ltd. You will be joining an existing team, which includes excellent SEO professionals with many years of experience.


The Company:
Established in 2000, Fresh Egg Ltd provide web development, design, hosting and SEM services, together or separately, with a highly successful track record in each area of business.


The Position:
Most importantly to you, if you apply for this job, you will be joining the dedicated SEO team, working under SEO Director Lee Colbran, and alongside Senior SEO Strategist Ammon Johns (me). The team is rounded off by our up and coming apprentice, and will also include various interns (from our new SEO Intern Training programme) over time. You are not going to be alone by any stretch of the imagination.

You will also work in collaboration with our PPC team, sales team, design team, and development team; in this friendly, casual open-plan office.


The Role:
Performing all the aspects of organic SEO work, this role will include optimising sites, researching keywords, liaising and reporting with clients, supporting the sales team when required, building links, competitor analysis, and strategy planning, as an integral part of a proud and happy SEO team.

You may also have opportunity to assist with training programmes, make presentations, and generally develop your career skills beyond the ordinary.


The Requirements:
This is not a trainee position. We already have a full complement of trainees and this role requires an experienced and capable person to perform all general SEO duties with minimal supervision.

You must have experience in SEO, and be capable of working under your own initiative. You must be able to work as part of a team, and good communication skills are required. You should ideally be looking for a long term career opportunity, and should be someone who is looking to develop from competence to excellence in a nurturing and exciting company.
