Bid Management Tools

With the new Yahoo platform coming out, which will create the same type of bidding environment as Google and MSN, does anyone know of any bid managment tools that will actually work with all three major SE's? I have had issues with 3rd party bid management tools especially when it comes effectively performing goal-based bidding (my company's metric is CPA). And at the end of the day I just end up managing our accounts within the SE interfaces themselves due to accuracey of reporting and real-time stats...which is pretty manual and quite daunting. I am skeptical about 3rd party "automated bid management" tools and just wanted to know if anyone has had any experience with one that actually automates the bidding process to a specific goal (ex. CPA)...and does it well???
