Beyond Frustrating
I have run up $1500 in charges because an order I paused is now been running 60 hours after I wanted my ad to stop being shown.
Customer support can't give me an explanation of why it is still being shown, nor a promise that I will get a refund. What a nightmare! |

Sorry to hear about this.... I think you should have behaved like someone in the financial markets futures day trading.... get aggressive! Just cancel your credit card. Or take a much more drastic action, close down your account and contact help center to open a new account.
Having said that, I still believe Adcenter has a future in PPC for marketers. |
