Need a creative idea to market a Hydroponic company

Hydroponic company...plant nutrients, grow lights, ph and tds testing, timers, pest control, growing rooms, and growing mediums...

Now, SEO is fine... i need a creative marketing idea... like a special where if you buy the newest product out you get something from old inventory (which they think isn't old) but just something that hasn't sold well...

or, adding testimonials.

even more, maybe cross promoting with some other types of companies?

both i suppose.. more of a new marketing strategy or idea for him to generate more biz
