Seo Elite

My friend has recently purchased elite and he has trouble with the sending emails on the link partner tool he's tried all his different sites with port 25
but its no good it just wont send emails with his webhost user/pass.
How do you get round it?

Also what is the latest version of keyword elite now ? is it still v1.0
I might purchase both of these but im also looking at web ceo proffesional unleashed.

I'm not 100% sure how to fix the problem with SEO Elite. However, I will say that I don't think that the best use for SEO Elite is to try and find reciprocal link partners (as it sounds like you are trying to do). Reciprocal links are loosing there value (unless you are linking to sites which relate to and complement your website). Rather, use SEO Elite to analyze the back links for your competition and/or find quality sites to rank well for. For instance, you can enter in a keyword as well as a minimum PR and get a listing of sites which relate to that keyword and have a decent PR ranking. These are potentially good sites to seek links from.

In terms of versions, I currently have 3.2.

Not sure which one to buy, with my mate having problems with his smtp settings i dont want to have the same problem with seo elite.
My other options are link assistant and weblink seo, which one do i buy.
With reviews i have read they are both on par with each other.

what are you goals? I don't mean sending e-mails, but rather why you want to send emails. What else do you hope to accomplish with these programs?

Well its mainly the link features i was interested in, i have 5 sites i want to start getting links to. I have seen seo elite as my mate has it, and i have downloaded demo's of weblink seo and link assistant but i also notice that these programs could be useful in other areas.

Which one to go for though im not sure.
