SEO / SEM Account Manager £30K +
A strong account manager with experience in some form of internet services, an understanding of search marketing and traffic generation techniques and an eloquent presenter, you will probably have worked with third party software tools for analysing successes in organic and paid search engine rankings. You will be well adept at analysing web traffic and have a strong technical understanding of web technologies.

Telesales / Lead Generation £18K + comm
With min 1 yr experience in cold calling decision makers within small to medium sized organisations, you will be comfortable with your ability to get through the door and establish meetings for the business development team. You will be excited at the prospect of an earnings scheme that is linked to your successes.

Off-Page Optimiser / Affiliate Marketer £neg
Your primary role will be to implement effective link building programmes on behalf of our clients. You will have a clear understanding of how search engines utilise linkage data and will be able to co-ordinate large-scale promotional activity in order to compete in highly commercial sectors, whilst maintaining the reputation and integrity of the client's website at all times. The right candidate will also be happy to take a pro-active part in improving the team's expertise and will already be participating in some
of the industry's forums.

On-Page Optimiser £neg
You will be proficient in HTML and CSS and have a strong understanding of web design and its effects on on-page optimisation. A working knowledge of dynamic pages and CMS would be advantageous. Daily tasks will include analysis of website architecture and the optimisation of various on-page components including site content - whilst maintaining search engine guidelines with respect to coding and adherence to established standards. You will also be instrumental to the team's knowledge of on-page SEO practices by testing and recommending new strategies.

SEM Administrator c£20K
You will be utterly familiar with the back-office systems of the major search engines and will be experienced in extracting data for client reporting purposes. You may have a marketing or financial background but will certainly have an eye for detail, be diligent and comfortable with web technologies, statistics and web and marketing jargon.

Business Development Lead £30K + comm
We would welcome applications from sales and business development candidates from any digital or marketing agency background. SEO / SEM is a uniquely transparent form of marketing and we are confident that the strong candidate will quickly generate significant success; leading, in turn, to attractive remuneration. You will have been a successful business development executive in a similar area, will not be shy of cold calls or presentations at all levels and will have an attractive address book of contacts!
