Blog's Who to use for best results.
Hi All,
I am looking to venture into blogging and I wanted to know who the experts use for there blog's. I have heard of blogger and wordpress, but I want something that I can host on my site so I can get credit for the content. I also want it to have RSS feeds and all that stuff as well. I dont know if they all have these features, but I just wanted to know who the experts use. I look forward to people's responses. Thanks |

IMHO it strongly depends on your capability to interact with the blogging platform - if you're not a programmer you must have someone close by to follow the evolution of your blogging necessities that will change rapidly and dramatically as you get acquainted to blogging. I use WordPress and have found all the funcionalities adequate to meet my needs so far - you'll certainly find others who prefer other popular platforms. In any event be prepared to spend/invest on software implementations - Hope this helps,

I prefer to use WordPress...and to host it on a domain that I own. I recommend using it somewhere where you can have full access to the installation, as a customized version of it is far better than the default install with the default templates.
A dedicated IP is not necessary. |
