Im looking to employ the services of an administrator

I need someone who knows alot about running forums.

Requirements are:

• Experience maintaing a phpbb forum
• Good people skills
• Experience running a server
• Knowledge of coding languages such as PHP
• Knowledge on how to manually install mods
• Someone that can help me get traffic for my site
• Someone who is decently active

You would be doing this for free. I cannot do all of it by myself so I am looking to enlist the services of someone who will help me with all of the things that I have listed.
