Wanted: Internet Marketing Manager / Traffic Analyst (NYC)

We are an industry-leading web-based company seeking a marketing professional with specific experience in Internet Marketing, Web Site Traffic Analytics, and Search Placement and Optimization, to serve as Internet Marketing Manager.

Required:

- 2-4 years experience in online marketing or marketing research.
- Superior writing and communication skills
- Superior statistical and analytical skills
- Experience with reporting and analysis
- Experience with reporting and analytical software and tools (traffic reports, Excel, database structure)
- Web traffic analysis and search engine optimization;
- Web site strategy and development.
- web site and marketing data analysis.
- Knowledge of web and search industry trends and news.

The responsibilities for this position will include:
- fulfillment of aggressive lead generation goals for direct Internet recruitment;
- delivery of weekly and monthly traffic and user behaviour analysis
- execution of corporate online marketing strategies;
- web site marketing optimization and growth

The right candidate will also have ability to apply marketing strategies to a variety of content areas, with specific skill in turning traffic growth into new user growth and lead capture. To succeed in this position, you will need to understand the direct path from Information to Analysis to Action.

The candidate must be eager to work within a high-paced, collaborative team environment, and must demonstrate experience in meeting and exceeding project goals. Background in design software and skills is a plus.
