abusive sites using spaming ..

talking about to denouncing abusive sites that use dirty methods of Spaming … i know for that google has a site where anyone can write denunciations… is, http://www.google.com/contact/spamreport.html
but I've wanted to consult if somebody knows some another different strategy to denounce abusive sites that use dirty tactics of Spam in a massive way?.
the fact for me, is that i need to denounce various sites under this condition ...
