Many business owners feel lost in a vast sea when searching for someone to manage their pay-per-click accounts.

What if there was a central resource dedicated exclusively to PPC management, connecting buyers and sellers in an active marketplace?

We all know about places like Guru and Elance that attract a broad array of service providers. This proposed site that I've been thinking about lately with its narrow focus could be a great place for SEMs and business owners to meet.
