SEO Impact of a Web site name change?

I'm curious as to the SEO impact of a site changing its name, not its domain name, just its business name. If I change all of the site copy, title/meta tags, logos and contact sites with inbound links, is there anything major that I'm missing in order to make a quick, painless transition?

Obviously my biggest concern is to not lose my rankings. What else should I be prepared to do?
