Need someone to write SEO Documentation

Needed:

Someone to write a comprehensive SEO Best Practices document for our Help Pages for an upcoming product release.

Much of the information you will put together is general industry knowledge and would also entail putting together a guide to help a merchant succeed.

This would include:

Writing a Help document (with index and anchor links) about SEO/SEM
General SEO/SEM Best Practices
Providing links in Help section to relevant Search Engines to submit to
Document must be user friendly

For the right person, this task should not be complicated and they most likely have a lot of this information on hand. This information can not be plagiarized from other sources.

My budget for this project is $500 with the possibility of more work in the future as SEO information needs to be updated.

Please include your background in the industry and references. You also must be able to take credit card (or PayPal) payment and be willing to sign an agreement stating that the SEO documentation you prepare is not duplicated from another source (meaning you did not copy it verbatim from other places). You must be available by phone so that I can explain exactly what is needed. I'd prefer to work with someone in the US.
