What "system" do you use to keep track of changes?
Right now, I have an elaborated Excel spreadsheet I use to keep track of how changes I make to bids, ads, and even placements effects my # impressions, CTR, and conversion rate. I know there are a lot of 3rd party bid management and campaign management tools out there. But do any of them really make it easy to keep track of changes in AdWords campaigns?

You can get some of this data via Google Analytics, also. Not everything you want, but some.
