“Network, resource, demand” is a fundamental for trade. Some elements should be done if you want to be a successful foreign trade enterprise.
Firstly, for the market. Refers to the product maturity and public recognition, whether it is domestic or foreign markets are the same. Some products have the domestic market already but also need to be produced to abroad. Some products are sold in the international market through intermediaries. These are all market-based for foreign trade marketing.
Secondly, for the products. The product is a passport to enter the international trade. Its superiority can make up for the deficiency on other elements.
Thirdly, for the customer. A market strategy for the trade enterprise is using products to attract customers depending on customers to expand products. Giving more attention to customer is more important than to the market. Sometimes one or two large customers will decide the fate of your business, and sometimes a lot of some customers will provide you with a lot of product information.
Fourthly, for the brand. Nowadays, there are two brand strategies in the international market. One is the product band strategy, and another is company brand strategy. Product brand can develop the company brand. But sometimes company brand also be supported by capital strength. It will have a lower cost by company brand to develop a product than cultivate a product brand.
Fifthly, for the talent. Sales talent is the key to trade enterprises. An important for trade enterprises is how to train and keep those sales talents.
