Hi,
I am involved in online travel business and have a flight account on MSN. My account is doing good on MSN but the generic and destination keywords are not doing good. Kindly suggest me on this as i have applied all the strategies to achieve good conversion rate but nothing worked ![]() |

Re: Low Volume Traffic on MSN
Welcome to the club. MSN is notorious for low volume.
That said, check your ad position to make sure you're not too low. Check ad copy and landing pages for relevancy and conversion opportunity. Make sure your ad groups are tightly organized around the topic. MSN usually provides good ROI despite the low traffic volume |

Re: Low Volume Traffic on MSN
Yes I am doing all possible things. making relevant ad groups with minimum keywords and adding the relevant landing page. I am getting traffic on these keywords but the main problem is that the traffic is not converting..Suugest me what else I can do for this..

Re: Low Volume Traffic on MSN
Sounds like a problem with your landing page, then. Take a harder look and make sure that the landing page reflects the offer in your ad, and that it makes it absolutely clear to visitors to know what you want them to do (buy something, sign up for a subscription, fill out a contact form, etc.). You said you're in travel: are you trying to sell reservations online, or something else?

Re: Low Volume Traffic on MSN
We are offering flight tickets online and optimizing the ads and keywords very regularly.
I also discussed this problem with Adcenter representative and after teh discussion I mentioned the line in the landing page which I am writing on the Ad Copy but still no result???????? |

Re: Low Volume Traffic on MSN
Without seeing your ads or your website, my initial reaction is that this is a very competitive and price-sensitive market. If you don't have the lowest rates and a well-known name or a unique selling proposition, it's going to be a very steep uphill battle.

Re: Low Volume Traffic on MSN
msn constitutes poor traffic if compared to google and yahoo.
I doubt, the landing page meets the ad text. how long in an avg., a visitor is staying in your site? |

Re: Low Volume Traffic on MSN
average time does not look so bad. it's almost 4:49 mins.
I really got very good number of conversions from the same keywords and same landing page but suddenly it changed and stopped giving conversions. ![]() |
