Google building YouTube to be cash giant
Google is reportedly on the path of making YouTube similar to an Affiliate Marketing channel. (http://www.ecommerce-guide.com/break...le.php/3776621) After watching music videos or movie clips, links will be available to Amazon or iTunes to buy the media recently viewed.
Will this put more pressure on companies to make more videos? The major roadblock for many companies is the fact that a video's effectiveness is untrackable. Now, we may be able to track it from these 'buy now' links. Your thoughts? -BEC
