Adwords account targeting several countries

Hi,

I have a client. They have a web site in English.
Their product is a software which can be used in every country.
Actually the targeted countries in their adwords account are USA&Canada.
They want to target UK&Australie as well.
My question is ; is it a good idea to target several countries from the same adwords account? I have a feeling that it may be better to create some new accounts for other countries.
May be I'm wrong.

with ad words you will have to have one account.... but you can create separate campaigns for each country for the same keywords

given they are all English that you mentioned I would just add them to same and then track by country in the conversion tracking and analytics

if you have different offers for each country then set separate campaigns

Do you advise using it?
