Circular or Reciprocal
Does anyone have an opinion on using circular linking versus the good ol' reciprocal linking? Or perhaps how to keep a link circle unbroken?

some say both link strategies mentioned are easy to implement making them less effective. To keep a link circle unbroken Site A links to Site B wich links to Site C which links to Site A.im confused with this

do u know google alogorithm abt page rank, if one page has linked with pr5 pages then a gets big weight than B because B has linked with pr1 page, if B has linked with five pr1 pages then A is equal to B.
i dont have any knowledge how this circle is imp in seo. i take in account only relation between two pages who r linking together not any other who is not linked with intended page
