Google Admits Analytics Data Loss
This is something I never thought I'd see. If you log into your Analytics account you'll find a system message that talks about the data problems during the first week of May. It includes this line:

Well, it couldn't have been THAT serious... their stock is still flying high.
![]() Moral of the story, though... even Google isn't infallible. There are plenty of free stat parser programs out there you can run on your server "just in case" Google breaks Analytics again. |
