Yahoo still reads the Keywords META tag (and you can prove that by inserting a nonsensical word in a META tag on a page - wait a few weeks, and then search for that word), but the others do not place...

Drop the company name, or move it after your keyphrase unless it's a household name and you expect to get a lot of referral traffic from it.
