BusinessWeek covering recent hits Yahoo’s taking on the installation issues
front, the China censorship/privacy front and the spyware front. Yahoo says its
reputation is safe. "Users can put their trust in us because that is what we’re
built on," Yahoo COO Daniel Rosensweig is quoted as saying. But the idea that
Yahoo might perhaps pale "as rival Google Inc. holds itself up as a paragon of
consumer friendliness." Many, many are no longer seeing Google as so friendly,
either.
