There is a big problem going on with my business site's services page. here is the problem explained:

Since last few months my services page is not shown in the Google SERPs for its keywords, I am targeting. And yesterday I came to know that Google has crawled and indexed the duplicate page of my services page with the url http://www.XXXXX.com/services and which has been created by me (by mistake) on some forum while posting because the correct url of my services page is http://www.XXXXX.com/services.php and I missed .php in the url while posting on the forum.

Now both of these urls return the same page to the end user which Google has indexed and created a duplicity filter for my services page and not showing it in the search results

what is the solution to this problem. Please reply soon as it is hurting my business.
