I think I know why Yahoo is failing

I have a paid inclusion for local search account with Yahoo as well as a regular PPC campaign with them. I do mostly adwords, but look at my work with Yahoo as a way to add a little bit to what I am doing.

With my PPC campaign, it was paused and I unpaused it a week ago only to check back today and see that in fact it was still paused. I again checked the unpause button, hit submit and still nothing.

With my local account, the credit card they were using was cancelled and they sent me a notice about it with an e-mail to reply to. I did that and never got a reply. I replied again and still nothing. I then filled out a form on their site asking for help with changing the primary card and never got a response.

So they lost my monthly local money and missed out on a week+ of PPC money from me.

I think I know why Yahoo is no longer relevant.
