Starting my own SE with licensed results

Hey Guys,

I'm starting my own search engine, and instead of scraping results or doing a poorer job of crawling the web than say, Google, I would like to pay for results to begin with.

So far the only place I have been able to find that does this is the Alexa search platform, I cant find anything on any of the Google/Yahoo etc. pages to do with licensing.

Could anyone please point me in the right direction? :eek:
