Wap Search engines?

Just spent a while trying to find information about making sites SEO friendly for WAP and other mobile formats. I have to admit I'm struggling for info. Is there anybody who knows of any helpful links to investigate?

I don't know a lot about WAP and SEO but is it an area which is seeing growth? Do such things as Pay per Click marketing campiagns exist on WAP?

I think the new Opera Mini browser is supposed to be pretty good at rendering regular websites on mobile devices. One of the major web portals will likely end up buying them.

I don't know much about mobile marketing...think they are still trying to figure it out.
