Thank's to Gary that points (http://blog.searchenginewatch.com/blog/060122-015356) into a new source (at least for me, it is) of the "Invisible Web", called IPMall (http://www.ipmall.info/), I was able to find this interesting read which will help those of you that understand the hassle of comming up with a good trademark and be successful at getting it accepted while still avoiding high attorney fees.
