Not any thread here :)
I think that all SEOs forgott about the importance of conversionig and ROI increase and they focus more on just SEO.
The whole SEO thing, IMHO is to increase the revenues, not only the ranking in SEs, but surprisingly not thread here about that:)

I too am shocked that no-one is using this area to gain some insight into this incredible opportunity to offer clients. I'm beginning to think we're an elite group. It's not rocket science but a little knowledge goes a long way in tracking ROI where appropriate. I understand that's it's not always possible but gathering from some of my more recent clients, I see their PPC spending out of control and able to put in place measurement tools for them to really get the big picture. They are very grateful no doubt and had not idea it was possible.

I believe they are 2 kind of professional on this SEM industry:
-the ones who take care about conversion and ROI (more related with the PPC campaigns for example)
-the others who looks for traffic instead of ROI

What I mean is the ROI is a determinate factor when you manage PPC and some ad campaigns but SEO is the technique in which “you get pay on what you get ranking”

But both of these ways has a connection in which they need to know each other….

Hi,

Increasing the landing page ROI, no matter how the user came there, is related with SEO if you are interested in organic search.
IMO the ROI is related more with the content on that page. Create a good, copywritted page and you will increase the ROI. Create a SEOed and copywritted, well... that's the trick ;)

Funny a lot of the conversations are in the specific PPC areas... though I agree it is time to build up this thread again.
