Hello members,
i am trying to apply to Google for the post of an "Online Testing Evaluator" (OTE).
On the Google "We're Hiring" Link on http://www.google.co.in/jobs/positions-in.html#online_testing
They describe the OTE as an enthusiastic, web-savvy individual who persforms search quality evaluation.
Now as i am on the verge of applying for this post and i have read the documents displayed by Henk Van Ess on searchbistro.com on Google spam guidelines & Random Query Evaluation,
My Question to u members is that do the above 2 documents by Henk Van Ess disclose the job done by the Search query Evaluators?
i mean are the Online Testing Evaluators & Search Quality Evaluators perform the same job? & will the above 2 documents do they really give an insider's view on how Google Employees perform Search Quality Evaluation??
