SE Commands to Check Site Links & Pages Indexed

What are all the various forms of SE commands I can use to check things like how many pages of my site are indexed, how many incoming links to my site I have, etc.? And also, are some different for each SE? I appreciate the help...thanks.

Some of the basic searches for Google are:

site:www.yourdomain.com
Lists all domain pages in search engine

link:www.yourdomain.com
Lists all backlinks pointing to domain, you can do the same for individual pages as well:
link:www.yourdomain.com/articles.html

info:www.yourdomain.com/articles.html
Lists individual page results in search engine

"www.domain.com" -site:www.domain.com

Lists mainly IBL's but will also often bring up sites with unlinked mentions/listings of your site. Excellent for determining your true offsite "footprint". For instance I recently figured out a site's problem using this search because it showed the domain had been previously owned and the domain wasn't linked it was in a list of expired domains being offered for sale.

if you go to http://www.google.com/help/operators.html, it is seen that for most of the operators, google advocates not using space after the colon.
if however, you do so, the results are different (most of the times).

e.g. link:www.yourdomain.com shows different results than link:[space]www.yourdomain.com

can anyone shed some light on this?

i was told that if you use space for the 'link:' operator, you get only PR 5 and above sites that link to you. however, i am not too sure of this.

when you separate the two it just looks for occurances of the two strings. together they act as a search operator
