How do people submit a site on Dmoz?

Please support me how do I submit my site on Dmoz?
I visit it since Oct - 2005, but now my site isn't listed.
I don't understand why.

Do you mean you submitted your site in October 2005? If so, a site could take anywhere from 3 months to 2 years to never in being listed. best advice is to make sure you submit properly to correct category and then move on. Do not resubmit and do not hold your breath waiting to gain inclusion as it may never happen.

But I tried to resubmit it some times.Don't do that, it just sets it back even further. Re-submitting over-writes the previous submission, so it starts from square one all over again.

October, 2005 is nothing, especially with resubmissions superceding the original submission. Just leave it alone, forget about it and go on with life.
