Good year for Ask, according to a clickZ Search Volumes Rise as Market Matures (http://www.clickz.com/news/article.php/3570686), "Ask Jeeves emerged as the highest-gaining search engine in the period." Jeeves experienced "a 77 percent growth in market share to reach 2.6 percent."
Go Ask!

Private data from YOUR server logs may show otherwise, though. I'm in contact with a referral measurement service along the lines of Hitwise (not as big by a longshot, but representative IMHO), and across the board the number is below 1%. Not only that, but you'd find few sites at all above 1%. My own site shows Ask Jeeves referring 1.2% of all search traffic. I suppose you could factor in a number of other IAC properties and reach the 2.x% number, but counting just Ask and Teoma... I'm afraid it's more realistic to say 1.5% to 2.0% as the real share.
Anyone else?
