I have three sites that offer the same services. They all generate respectable organic traffic. However, I'm a little confused what I should do for adWords. Do I focus my PPC ad budget on the one site? Do I test keywords with different sites? Considering the sites are selling the same thing it makes sense to only focus on one. But I've seen discussions on the pros and cons of having multiple ads/domains for the same keyword.
Any advice is much appreciated.

As with most things, the best way to do this is to get yourself a spreadsheet and split test it.
A: Create a really good landing page
B: Spreadsheet:
domain 1
domain 2
domain 3
...down one side
Campaign 1a, 1b, 2a, 3b (a & b are adgroups)
...across the top
Put query tags in your URLs and track the daylights out of it.
As you get a feel for the best performing ad, figure out the best way to do A/B testing and nurture the good and prune the bad.

Multiple ads for the same keyword while not really allowed by the Google T&Cs do happen. What you learn is impact of position and you can test different products for the same keywords (which becomes a sort of landing page test), different approaches to the same product (here landing pages differ by content on them surrounding the product for sale) and also different ads for the same keywords.
While all of this can be achieved by one campaign it just takes longer.
