Does anyone know if Google is returning to old form and doing monthly PR updates? For the past week, my PR has been inconsistent amongst all datacenters - some have a PR of 8 while others still have a PR of 3. Our PR has been a 3 after some issues after implementing 301 redirects. We previously had a PR of 8 2 months ago and I'm trying to establish if we will soon be returning to our PR of 8. Any ideas?
