In process of changing herbsandcures.com/viewdiseasedetails.php?disease_id=11 which could be the most optimized URL out of the following:

herbsandcures.com/view-disease-details-11.html
herbsandcures.com/viewdiseasedetails11.html
herbsandcures.com/viewdiseasedetails/disease/11
herbsandcures.com/viewdiseasedetails/11

or if u can suggest some more better URL, it would also be appreciated but the most importan is it should be optimized for google..

I prefer to use hyphens in filenames to divide the words up and use categories as folder names.

The URL you have is fine. If you are worried about indexing issues with the current URL, there should be no problems. The only way you might have problems with a URL is if there are too many parameters being passed or if things like session ids are being generated.
