Lost ranking Yahoo Search since last upgrade

I now have only 50% of my pages getting indexed and have lost all first and second page listings on Yahoo Search. Any suggestions what to do to get back to where I was before the upgrade?

llupold, what kind of changes are you seeing now on the first page of those searches, for the sites now being listed in the top ten?

I'm not sure what the other sites rankings were before versus after the upgrade. I just know that now when I query the same key word phrases that used to show up on page 1 or 2, now they are not showing up at all. I was just wondering if there was anything to do to determine why this big change occurred. My site has only been up since the middle of May. I was seeing a steady rise in traffic from Google and Yahoo and then this change occurred right before the Christmas rush.
