Whats going on with AdWords?

After their so called "Scheduled Maintenance", I enabled a few categories which I had paused before this weekend and they are not showing up even after 24 hours. The max bids are just like they were before, budget is the same, its just not serving the ads.

Anyone else experiencing same issue?

sometimes ad reviews get delayed...and sometimes they miss reviewing some of them (has happened to me on a large campaign I helped set up for a friend). I called Google up after it was not running after a few weeks and they appoligized and it started the same day.

sometimes it is common for there to be a bit of a delay though.
