Click Fraud, Competitors or Google?

I have 2 issues.

1. The end of Sept our conversion rate when from 2% to .5% and our ad budget was used up by noon. How do you get google to refund for click fraud?

2. Even more disturbing according to google reports, we were getting 550 clicks/day since our first day from google for the last year. Then the day we added tracking the clicks went to 100 clicks/day. Is google fudging the clicks. We are showing a 8 of 9 fraud click rate. Any Ideas?

I agree with you. I as well have been getting fraud clicks from Google. i don't know if its just me or does it seem like Google is becoming more evil than Microsoft?

Look at one of the tracking softwares... I like KeywordMax - for Click fraud detection and get a better idea and a numbers sheet you can send to Google to argue a refund!!!

No, just email them. When you sign in there should be a link in the upper right hand corner saying Contact Us. surf through there (because they won't let you email them until you do) and then send the email explaining the situation.
