AdSenseRep - trouble with adding new partners?

Dear AdSenseRep,

Are there some issues with adding new partners lately? One of my sites was approved last Thursday (July 22nd) as an AdSense partner. It is now Friday (July 30th) and still only public service ads are showing.

Ive been in contact with James and Wayne but havent heard from them in a few days. The last email I got from James said:
We are currently working as quickly as we can to investigate the issue of public service ads appearing on {site name}.

Code has been in place sine Thursday (July 22nd).

Now its been 3 weeks and Wayne and James still have no anser for me yet. Is there a major problem we should know about?

Jeff- I've checked in with Wayne and James regarding your issue. From what I can tell, they're actively working to resolve this. I'd expect to receive a response from them within the next week.
