I am sure all of must have come across the recent Adwords API System. Please give your feedback on the effectiveness of the same. And would it be worth implementation??

Nancy, there is a very active AdWords API Forum over on Google Groups (which is cleverly named the AdWords API Forum ;)). I'll bet you could get a lot of advice and opinion regarding the AdWords API from the 950+ members of that group.
