what CTR is mots important ad group or campaign?

Hi,

I'm quite new in the management of adwords campaings, and managins to get a little success with it.

I was wondering if google ranks the ads with the CTR of the full campaign or only which each ad group score individually?

I'm thinking of dropping low click ad groups, would that help the whole campaign or each group is independant in its ranking related to CTR?

Considering the fact that no one answeredmy question, I will try to ask it again, just to make sure that you understand the meaning of the question.

ok so google ranks ppc ads according to click price ( bid) and also on CTR.

Maybe it's a stupid question but I was wondering if google ranks each ad group independently or if it also uses the general CTR of the whole campaign to boost all ad groups (sort of).

Are both important (for the ad ranking) or is it just important at the ad group level?
