We manage a bunch of AdWords for clients and like you we've received a Google questionair about how to improve the services of Google, specifically AdWords. Since the survey format was a bit restrictive, I thought I would just start a thread here to see what others thought would be helpful.

1. IP Restrictive AdWords:
In our log files I've seen competitors clicking our adwords repeatedly over the same IP address. If Google gave me a tool to block the display of my ads on certain IP addresses that would reduce some of the illegitimate clicks on our ads.

2. Spreadsheet Export / Import
Let users export their Adwords to a spreadsheet where they can quickly make changes then re-import those changes into AdWords. It would speed up the process of updating AdWords.

3. Separate Billing Numbers
This might not be necessary for everyone, but when managing multiple clients we receive 1 invoice for the total, not broken out by client campaign. It sure would be nice to be able to specify which client is responsible for which charges.

What does everyone else think?

1. Report all activity and not just filtered data.

2. Point out and seperate 'low quality' and suspected fraudulent clicks that advertisers are not being charged for.

3. Use a 3rd party clearing house to determine what activity is deemed 'low quality' or fraudulent.

I always get jazzed when I see a "How would YOU improve Google AdWords?" thread start. Thanks for kicking it off imulus.

I'll happily pass on feedback from this thread to the right teams, in an Advertiser Feedback Report that I send out each Thursday to a whole bunch of decision-maker types here at Google. ;)

Today's report will go out in about 12 hours, so I hope others will weigh in on limulus's question.

Import/Export - this is an option if you have a rep at Google. I know we can either download via reports and make changes and email to our rep. It would be nice for them to allow instant uploading of changes through the panel however.

My wishlist for Adwords would include a way to better manage positions and bids. Like having the capability to use a program like BidRank but for google and managing positions. I know this is asking alot but I hate having to constantly check our positions for powerwords and making changes in their SLOW control panel. (although it is better today).
