1. Filtering of Ads based on channels - I had an article on my site about Why I love doing business? - Whoa! Dating sites , eCards sites , Gaming sites ( business is a game I love)...
Trying to filter all these ads by maikng those sites as competitor sites is a pain in the ass!
2. Opening Ads in a new window! If it is possible with adwords - why not adsense ?
Post your wishlist below... I sincerely hope that AdSenseRep would take a notice of this thread ;)

I would like to see the ability to block ads based upon topic. For instance, if my page is discussing work scopes (or scope of work), I do not want to have to block hundreds of ad possibilities for mouthwash and pharmacies just because the word scope is a brand name or has multiple meanings. I have actually seen this scenario play out with an ad asking my visitors if they had bad breath.

These are all excellent suggestions- I've passed them along to the team.
Please feel free to post any more ideas that come to mind!

I'd love to see the ability to specify default keyword lists. In some cases, a topic can be hard for G to pick up on, yet to the reader, the topic is obvious. Worst case scenarios mean that some default banner is put in place, but if default keywords were selected and reviewed the same way keywords are reviewed in AdWords (and approved), then the page could default to the listed keywords instead of the banner.
This becomes particularly hard for sites that accept and publish submitted articles. We are limited in our ability to rewrite the articles. Other times, what seems obvious to the human eye and mind, somehow just doesn't clear the hurdle.
This might also help where there are 2-3 definitions for a word. G does darn good but sometimes there are obvious mistakes such as those that I came across recently confusing (a) SENIOR in high school (b) SENIOR job position (c) SENIOR citizen. Or another one (a) file EXTENSION (b) hair EXTENSION (c) tax EXTENSION. The results can be amusing, but amusing probably isn't profitable.

I would like to be able to control the font face and the font size of the ads, not only the font color, background color, and border color.
