Interesting survey done my Marketing Sherpa, reported through eMarketer
http://www.emarketer.com/Article.aspx?1003611

Marketing Sherpa has always been a good source, and no doubt that the increase in figures are a good thing considering the size change. However, it is also worth noting that:

- Marketing Sherpa includes no raw figures or any stat that would indicate a level of reliance. Small sample rates have much higher error rates than large samples.

- Marketing Sherpa changes the term from "very good" to "very effective." Any pollster knows that when you change the language of the question, it has a potential effect on the outcome.

Any comments on how this relates to your experience or that of your clients on a scale of 1-10 (with 10 being best) and if you think it's improving???
