Google update?

I've heard 2 people say that their rankings have shot up in the last 24 hours. Anyone else seeing big changes?

I've had a site dropped from Google, completely, from the results of my popular keywords.
Since the site is themed around Halloween products this couldn't have happened at a worse time.
Anyone have a handle on why this possibly happened. (www.killrachel.com).
