Google indexing more pages?

Doing a search, I’ve seen a change on the results number. Big difference to be honest, more than 50% pages on some keywords results.
Is there any way to get notice that Google is indexing pages?

Are you looking for an automated way to be informed if/when the Google index increases? If so, I don't know of such a thing.

That said, the Google index has definately been increasing over the last couple of weeks.
