The same pricing and same report, even the almost same control panel like adwords. But they offer a commission. The highest standard is nearly 35% as commission.

I heard that before Google offered commission at some European country.

Google changed the agency commission at Europe. Before the commission is 5%>15%. The volumn-oriented rebate will not be more than 12% since 2006.
What will happen in the other commission benefit areas, like Australia.

What about the possible future changes in China?

Judging from the content of the phone call I received, Google is offerring more than 33% commision to those official resellers.

One or two years later, I am sure, China will become another Europe. Google will take back every dollar.
