where to begin...

1. No incoming links
2. No content
3. A broken image
4. Free hosting site probably a virtual ip (Google hates those)
5. You used the submit tool :( (Usually takes a while to get the spider to sumbitted site, works better if a spider follows a link to your site)

Just FYI 1 stand alone page will probably not even make it into the google index. It has little value to users.
